At EarthWorm Solutions, we are solely interested in delivery. Whilst the process is important, we ensure that it doesn't interfere with the satisfactory outcome that the client needs - the delivery of mutually agreed objectives, to time and to budget.

Initial discussions with the client are key to the whole process. We invest significant time in these discussions, as we strongly believe that without a clear understanding of what outcomes are required, the subsequent project time will be misdirected and ill-focussed. We find that in many cases, our clients are not exactly sure of what they want. It is only after several interactive sessions that they are able to clarify and articulate their needs. So before they commit to the major costs of a project, clients are confident that the outcome will deliver their business objectives.

If, during the initial discussions, EarthWorm Solutions feel that we are not best placed to deliver the outcomes, we will say so. We will not take on a project that is outside our capabilities. However, we will undertake to use our extensive contact network to introduce the client to another company that we feel may be able to assist.
